This course is for those who are currently working with lasers and would like to master laser practices as well as for those who wish to advance their career into laser or medical aesthetic practices.

Medical Laser Safety Officer

A laser clinic or medical spa can be considered legally compliant with federal regulations and national laser safety standards with appointment of a MLSO with operation of a Class IIIB or Class IV laser.   

Our Medical Laser Safety Officer program expands upon the practice of laser aesthetics and offers critical insight to laser safety regulations and individual practicing responsibilities required by law.

Created by an aesthetic and laser legal expert witness, learners will gain knowledge on standard of care requirements and the elements for “cause to action” under tort law. The learner will be equipped to adhere to standard of care practices and will be prepared against legal claims or allegations of malpractice.
